What Happens When a Villa Fails
Not every villa makes the cut. When a property fails to meet our standards, we provide detailed feedback to the owner explaining exactly what needs to improve.
Properties with safety issues or misrepresented features are declined outright.
Minor issues get a detailed improvement plan. We reinspect after 6 months.
